1. Do you do any testing on your breeding cats?
We do DNA testing through optimal selection. This covers over 40+ gene mutation tests including (HCM, SMA, PkD) but DNA testing alone isn’t quite enough. This is why we also do hip testing & routine echocardiograms with a board-certified cardiologist. Our last echocardiograms for our active breeding cats were done on 10/21/2023 and all looked well & passed with OFA.
No matter the cost, we believe that breeding responsibly means having these tests preformed (and retiring / not breeding the cats that don’t pass these tests) and doing all we can do to better the breed.
2. What is your waitlist process?
To be on our waitlist, you must fill out our kitten application & be approved. Once the kittens are born we will accept deposits on them around 5-6 weeks.
Final color evaluations and price of kittens will happen at 4-6 weeks old.
The deposit to hold a kitten is $500 and goes towards the total cost of the kitten. And it is non-refundable.
3. When do the kittens get to go home?
Kittens will be able to go home around the 12 week mark if we get the OK from our vet, they’re gaining weight and eating well. Some may need to stay longer if we feel it’s needed.
4. Out of state buyers / Delivery?

5. What do you feed them?
We feed them a mixture of wet and dry food (Nulo). And cooked meat – chicken, pork, turkey etc as a topper. They LOVE it. As well as supplements to keep them in tip-top shape. We are currently looking into options of feeding raw so this may change. Cats are obligate carnivore and need lots of protein to thrive.
6. Where are you located?
We are located in the Salt Lake Valley, Utah. We are about 20 minutes from the SLC airport.
7. Will you sell with breeding rights?
We do not sell breeding rights. They are for pet homes only.
8.Can we visit our kitten or your cattery?
Sorry, we don not allow visitors. It can be stressful for our cats to meet strangers especially if they bring large families over. and that also can also potentially bring in harmful bacteria (I have heard from others experience) luckily we haven’t personally had this issue but it’s not something we want to risk. Our cats health is our #1 priority. Not to mention we’ve seen a lot of crime shows & that has made us extra cautious of having tons of people over to our home.

9. What do you get with your kitten?

PRICING
Our prices range between $3000-4000 per kitten depending on the type / color variation. It takes a lot of time and effort to breed responsibly. We are not profiting large amounts of money to do this. The money we do make has gone back into the cattery. We do this for the love of the breed!
Final color evaluations + price of each kitten will be done at 4-6 weeks.
But kittens won’t be picked / selected until they are 5-6 weeks old. You can pay a deposit ($500) to be in line for the kitten you’d like. This is applied to the final price of the kitten.
Travel: Customer will take it upon themselves to fund travel for kitten. Customer will be tasked with finding courier (we can give recommendations though) or coming to us to pick up the kitten. We do not do payment plans. Deposits and final payment must be paid in full.
